With our experience at several automotive glass producers we have developed sleeves for optimal usage. This has created a mutual agreement to implement sleeves at many plants.

ALF sleeves for the automotive glass industry

Our aim is to develop new products based on new thinking to improve the production process. 

We supply our ALF sleeve for the automotive glass industry to cover the rollers for the tempering process.

Advantages of the sleeves are:

• 7 Micron fiber that guarantees a longer lifetime and smoother surface to other materials used
• Higher temperature resistance with higher strength retained (100% at 1100 °C)
• Outperforms all other present used products (in practice 4-6 times better quality)
